I just start to catch up with some of the older interviews of TheSeasonPass-Podcast and realized that it really is a decent show for everybody interested in the amusement industry. There is even an extensive interview with Frederic Pastuszak, the creative leader of the Arthur project (who is not working in Europa-Park anymore for obscure reasons). It gave me some really new facts into Germans largest Theme Park and worth a listen on how Europa-Park tends to do things:
